• Returning educators must sign their affiliation form (link will be provided), sign it and email it to info@lasallesoccer.com

 

• New educators must register by completing the Google Form. Please contact info@lasallesoccer.com for more information.

• All educators over the age of 18 who are involved with a youth team (U4 to U18) are required to present a valid screening card (police background check).  You must come to the office to fill out the require paperwork and you will need 2 pieces of identification (Medicare card and Driver's License).
