The "Ligue de Développement Régional (LDR)" is designed for players competing at a regional level, with the primary objective of consolidating fundamental technical and tactical skills in a structured and supportive environment.

The program emphasizes:
 

• the acquisition and mastery of basic technical skills (passing, ball control, dribbling, shooting)

• understanding the principles of team play, in line with the club's playing style

• developing decision-making and game intelligence in match situations

• individual and team progression, without excessive performance pressure

Coached by trained instructors aligned with the CS LaSalle technical plan, players develop in an inclusive and motivating environment that fosters enjoyment of the game and continuous improvement.

The LDR is a key step in the competitive journey, allowing players to establish themselves in regional competition and, when appropriate, prepare for a transition to Performance programs.
