CDC U9-U12
The CS LaSalle Club Development Centre (CDC) is at the core of the club’s player development pathway. It provides a structured and stimulating environment focused on enjoyment of the game, technical learning, and the overall development of the child.

The CDC offers different levels of commitment (1, 2, or 3 training sessions per week) to meet the needs, pace, and aspirations of each family. Under the guidance of qualified coaches aligned with the club’s technical plan, players develop in an environment that promotes progression, confidence, and autonomy.

The CDC represents a key stage in the CS LaSalle pathway, allowing each player to build strong foundations while keeping the door open to complementary development pathways, depending on individual progress and motivation.

NEW PROGRAM – PRE-ACADEMY (U9–U12)
This season, CS LaSalle is introducing the PRE-ACADEMY, a complementary program designed for selected U7–U12 players who demonstrate an advanced development profile for their age and a strong commitment to soccer.

The PRE-ACADEMY, aims to provide these players with a structured and stimulating training environment, while respecting the Long-Term Player Development principles of Soccer Québec and Soccer Canada.

This program reflects the club’s commitment to offering multiple development pathways, allowing each player and family to choose an environment aligned with their needs, motivation, and aspirations.

Access to the PRE-ACADEMY, is by internal identification only, following club-run observation sessions, and is reserved for players registered in the CDC 3 program.
