Micro
For U7-U8 players, the focus shifts to developing and improving basic skills. To prepare them for the competitive format that starts at U9, U8 kids will be introduced to playing in a 7v7 format with all the rules of the game. Matches within the club will be organized and coached to help make this a positive learning experience.The program will be structured similarly to our CDCs, with four stations led by trained staff. Each group will rotate from one station to the next, ensuring they experience a variety of activities targeting different skills and aspects of the game.
Pre-Academy Program
(U7 to U12)
CS LaSalle will also offer a Pre-Academy program, designed for selected players U7 to U12 who demonstrate, for their age, strong motivation and developmental potential.
The Pre-Academy is a complementary program aligned with the club’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) vision.
It is not a higher level, but rather a different pathway adapted to certain development profiles.
Please note: only players registered in Micro 3 (U7–U8) or CDC 3 (U9–U12) will be eligible for internal observation sessions.
