CENTER OF DEVELOPEMENT
The Club Soccer LaSalle CDC program is designed for players aged 9 to 12 and aims to develop fundamental technical skills while progressively introducing more advanced playing principles adapted to their age and skill level.

The program follows the CDC model recommended by Football Canada and takes place in a training station format led by trained and qualified staff. Players move from station to station to work on different aspects of the game in a dynamic and structured way.

This approach allows for progressive and balanced development, consistent with the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) framework, while keeping the joy of playing at the heart of the learning process.
Pre-Academy Program
(U7 to U12)
CS LaSalle will also offer a Pre-Academy program, designed for selected players U7 to U12 who demonstrate, for their age, strong motivation and developmental potential.

The Pre-Academy is a complementary program aligned with the club’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) vision.
It is not a higher level, but rather a different pathway adapted to certain development profiles.

Please note: only players registered in Micro 3 (U7–U8) or CDC 3 (U9–U12) will be eligible for internal observation sessions.

Further details will be communicated to the selected families at a later date.
