Competitive U13 (2012) - U18 (2007)
The LDR and LDIR (formerly "A" and "AA") are competitive leagues managed by the Lac St. Louis Regional Association. LDR/LDIR teams compete regionally, with a year-round focus on soccer. Players in this program commit to 2-3 weekly events. The goal is to continue developping players through fun and competition.
The LDP (formerly "AAA") is a highly competitive league where teams face clubs with Provincial licenses across the province of Quebec. This league is for players who prioritize year-round soccer. LDP a development league designed to elevate players and allow them to reach the highest levels. Expect a full-time commitment with about 4 weekly events in our LDP groups.
U13 DEVELOPMENT (LDR) & PERFORMANCE (LDIR)
Start: TBD - (mid-April - mid October)
Frequency: 2 practices per week and plus games (# of games determined by Lac St Louis Region)
Duration: 24 weeks
Cost includes the 2025 affiliation fees ($70) from Soccer Canada, Soccer Quebec, LSL Region and Club
Price includes 2 kits (Home & Away) - jersey, shorts, socks.
Parents need to provide shin guards and cleats.
U13 - U17 HIGH PERFORMANCE (LDP)
Start: TBD - (mid-April - mid October)
Frequency: 3 practices per week plus games (# of games determined by Soccer Quebec)
Duration: 24 weeks
Cost includes the 2025 affiliation fees ($70) from Soccer Canada, Soccer Quebec, LSL Region and Club.
Price includes 2 kits (Home & Away) - jersey, shorts, socks.
Parents need to provide shin guards and cleats.

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM - NEW FEATURES 2025
PHYSICAL PREPARATION
A complete physical preparation program is in place to optimize player development.

Collective plan: monitored by our coaches throughout the season.

Regular sessions with our physical trainer, Kirk Hearn.

Individual plan: exercises to be carried out at home or in the weight room.

Physical tests to assess players' progress.

BEYOND PULSE GPS technology

Each player will receive a GPS chip to analyze his or her athletic performance.

Coaches and players will be able to monitor physical data and adjust workouts.

Important: although players keep their chip during the season, it must be returned to the club if they leave the High Performance program.

MENTAL PREPARATION
The club collaborates with BTC Academy to offer a mental preparation program unique in Quebec for an amateur club.

Regular mental preparation sessions integrated into the program.

Access to individual sessions at reduced rates with a specialized trainer.
XPS NETWORK - THE CLUB'S CENTRAL PLATFORM
XPS Network is the key tool for standardizing all club activities:

Attendance tracking and individual statistics.

Integrated video analysis for player development.
VIDEO ANALYSIS
To improve player and team monitoring, the majority of home matches will be filmed using Veo:

Performance analysis by coaches.

Possibility of self-evaluation via recorded videos.

We make every effort to provide optimal coaching for each group:
