U4 – U6 PROGRAM
The main objective of the U4 to U6 program is to ignite a passion for soccer in every child, within a fun, safe, and stimulating environment.
Sessions are designed to offer an enjoyable and active experience through a variety of games that allow children to develop their fundamental motor skills (running, jumping, stopping, changing direction) while gradually discovering the ball.
Learning is based on play, with priority given to activities where each child has their own ball. Multisport games, including the use of hands, are also integrated to improve reflexes and promote overall development.
U7 – U8 PROGRAM
The U7 to U8 category allows children to continue their soccer journey while strengthening their passion for the game. Fun and play remain at the heart of each session, with a progressive emphasis on technical development. Technical skills are introduced playfully, both at rest and in motion, to maintain children's engagement and interest.
This approach fosters the implicit acquisition of learning, without mental overload, by allowing players to express themselves freely and have fun. Physically, the activities naturally target the development of motor skills, balance, coordination, and laterality.
This age group also plays a key role in preparing children for entry into the U9 CDC, by consolidating the technical and motor skills necessary to progress in a more structured environment, while respecting each child's individual pace and development.

NEW PROGRAM! PRE-ACADEMY (U7–U8)
This season, CS LaSalle is proud to launch its PRE-ACADEMY, a complementary program designed for selected U7–U12 players who demonstrate an advanced development profile for their age, along with a strong level of commitment to soccer.

The PRE-ACADEMY aims to provide these players with a stimulating and age-appropriate training environment, while fully respecting the principles of Long-Term Player Development.

This program reflects the club’s commitment to offering different development pathways, allowing each player and family to choose an environment that best matches their needs, motivation, and aspirations.

Access to the PRE-ACADEMY is by internal selection only, following club-run observation sessions, and is reserved for players registered in the MICRO 3 program.
IMPORTANT
Days, times, and fields may be subject to change depending on
the number of registrations and the availability of municipal facilities.
